Man charged with sexually assaulting sleeping emergency room patient

A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a sleeping patient in a Harlem emergency room, according to the New York Post.

The paper says a 47-year-old woman fell asleep while waiting to be seen at Harlem Hospital.

She woke up to find a man sexually abusing her.

The suspect, 49-year-old Tyrone Brown was arrested and charged with committing a criminal sex act.

He’s been taken to Bellevue Hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
