Katz’s Deli on the Lower East Side held a pastrami eating contest to celebrate their 125th anniversary.

Ten “professional” eaters went at it — including Joey Chestnut, the Nathan’s hotdog champion.

They had ten minutes to eat as many pastrami sandwiches as they could.

The deli opened in 1888.

Katz’s sells up to 20,000 pounds of meat a week.
