Baby freed from sewer pipe released from hospital, mother will not be charged

CHINA (PIX11) — The baby who was rescued from a sewer pipe in China has reportedly left the hospital.

The news comes a day after his mother turned herself into local authorities.

According to cops, the woman claims she was having stomach pains and rushed to the toilet where she ended up giving birth.

She claims she couldn’t hold on to the baby and he slid into the drain. The woman then flushed the toilet to clear away the blood, and he got stuck, she said.

According to authorities, the woman regrets what happened and will not be charged with a crime.

    where did the umbilical cord go after the baby fell in the tiolet
    why would u flush the toilet knowing the baby could drown
    that was done purposely…..
