Work has just started on the new Tappan Zee Bridge and people are already complaining about the noise.

Pile driving and other construction activities have started and residents say the noise levels are irritating.

Homeowners have asked for monitors to measure noise, dust and vibration levels.

Governor Coumo’s office says the noise levels appear to be within accepted guidelines but they will monitor the situation.
