Rhode Island set to legalize same-sex marriage

Rhode Island is set to become the tenth state to legalize same-sex marriage.

The governor is expected to sign the bill into law Thursday evening.

Last week both the Rhode Island House and Senate approved by large margins measures allowing same-sex couples to get married.

The law would go into effect August 1st.
