On Long Island, Jay-Z joined in on the pitch to redevelop Nassau Coliseum.

Four new proposals were unveiled Thursday.

The goal is to create a competitive sports and entertainment arena on the 77 acre site.

Jay-Z is part of a development group bidding for the project.

It’s the same group that built the Barclays Arena.

The renovation is expected to help stimulate local economy by bringing business into the area.
