Attorney General accuses gas stations of price gouging after Sandy

It turns out at least four gas stations apparently took advantage of gas shortages after Hurricane Sandy hit.

Friday, the Attorney General announced a lawsuit against the 4 stations as part of an ongoing probe of high gas prices following the storm.

A settlement has been reached with 25 other stations totaling almost $170,000.
