It turns out at least four gas stations apparently took advantage of gas shortages after Hurricane Sandy hit.

Friday, the Attorney General announced a lawsuit against the 4 stations as part of an ongoing probe of high gas prices following the storm.

A settlement has been reached with 25 other stations totaling almost $170,000.
