President Obama speaks at memorial for fertilizer plant explosion victims

President Obama spoke Thursday at a service remembering the victims of the fertilizer plant explosion at West, Texas.

The service was held on the campus of Baylor University in Waco.

The ceremony drew about 10 thousand people including 4,000 first responders from around the country.

Before the service there was a procession of 300 fire trucks.

Fourteen people were killed and 200 more were injured during the April 17th blast.

In addition to the President, Governor Rick Perry and Baylor University President Kenneth Starr addressed the crowd.
