In Canada, the second suspect in a foiled terror plot was back in court Wednesday.

The 30-year-old suspect slammed the charges against him, saying they were based on “an imperfect criminal law and not Islam’s holy book.”

The suspect and another man are accused of plotting to derail an Amtrak train from Toronto to the U.S.
