One week after the double bombings the FBI has given Boylston Street back to the people of Boston.

A ceremony was held there earlier today for the victims.

A six block radius was shut down for federal investigations — including sifting through debris for evidence.

This is only the beginning of a five step phase to reopen businesses in the area and granting full access to residents.
