Cellphone service has been shut down in Boston following two deadly explosions that officials are now saying were deliberate bombings.

Mobile phones are being shut down to prevent any remote detonations, a law enforcement official told the Associated Press.

A third explosive device was discovered in the JFK library after the first two explosions.
