NEW YORK (PIX11)- A second red-tailed hawk has cracked its way into the world over Washington Square Park on Saturday morning.

The first came on Friday.

That baby hawk was born in a nest outside of New York University president John Sexton’s 12th floor office window.

Hundreds of fans have been watching online through a webcam, called Hawk Cam, that shows the proud mama and her baby.

The mom’s name is Rosie and online fans have named the first baby “Kiku”.

No name yet for the second little one.

And all eyes now turn to that last remaining egg.

I like the hawks but just because the old ladies in the chat room say the hawk's name is Kiku doesn't make it "official".

Name Kiku lovely tribute to late chat member. You're free to call the young birds whatever you like.
