Using the subway this weekend? Welcome to trainegeddon

If you’re trying to get around town this weekend on the subway, you might want to think twice, or at least have a strategy for alternatives. Chances are your line will be impacted. Below are some highlights of the snags. Get the full list from the MTA .

1 – No trains between 14^th Street and South Ferry

Van Cortlandt Park-bound trains skip 103, 110, 116, 125, 137 streets

2 & 3 – lines run local in both directions between 34^th Street Penn Station and Chamber Streets

Uptown 4 trains skip 138^th street

5 & 6 trains express from 42^nd to 14^th street

 7 – no trains between Willets Point and Main Street

 A – No trains between 168^th and 207^th street

No trains between Howard Beach  and Broad Channel and the Rockaways, shuttle buses provided

C – no trains between 145 st and 168 st

E – Jamaica Center bound trains skip 36^th St, Steinway Street, Northern Boulevard and 65^th Street

N – Astoria-bound trains run via the Q from Dekalb Avenue to Canal

R – Forest Hills bound trains run via Q from DeKalb Avenue to Canal Street

J- no trains between Brooklyn and Manhattan
