The disgraced former congressman who resigned following a scandal that involved him texting pictures of his private parts, has been exploring a comeback and said as much in an interview with the New York times. He was an effective legislator for New York before the scandal. But are voters ready to forgive such poor judgment by a man who would like to take the helm at city hall?
