The NYPD is looking for a man suspected in three different Brooklyn rape cases.
In each instance, the man started up a conversation with a young woman on the street before luring her into an isolated area and raping her, police said.
The first attack happened on April 4th, at 9 p.m. when the man approached a 25-year-old woman near Albany Ave. and Fenimore St. He got her to follow him to a parking lot where he raped her.
Seven days later he approached a 19-year-old woman near Remsen Ave. and Farragut Rd. at 8 a.m., and walked her to the driveway of a private home where he raped her.
Just after 8 p.m. that same day he started talking to a 15-year-old girl near Midwood St. and Schenectady Ave. before luring her to the 6th floor of a nearby building and raping her.
Police describe him as a black man in his 20s, 5’9″, 160-180 lbs., who was last seen wearing a green camouflaged jacket, pants, boots and baseball cap with either a NY Knicks or Yankees logo.
Anyone who has information in the case is urged to call the anonymous police tip line (800) 577-TIPS.
