WORTHAM, Texas (PIX11) –  In Texas, friends and family said goodbye to the prosecutor and his wife who were murdered in their home outside dallas.

Kaufman County District Attorney Mike Mclelland and his wife, Cynthia, were buried yesterday in his home town of Wortham, following a funeral services at the local baptist church.

The McLellands were found shot to death in their house last Saturday. Texas authorities are investigating whether they were killed as part of some kind of vendetta. Mcclelland’s Assistant DA was shot and killed only two months earlier.

A $200,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer of killers.

    this is a horrible story , its too far gone to find this killer . nobody seen a thing???? or heard a thing? they knew exactly wat they were doing!! they had a master plan obviously . incrediblly sad . idk how ppl sleep at night i really do not ! i cant understand why we wanna hurt others and i never will understand it
