The Powerball winner is spreading the wealth a little bit.

Pedro Quezada, who won the $ 338 million jackpot, is reportedly going to host a “rent party” for his entire block in Passaic.

A close friend of Quezada says he promised to pay rent for all his neighbors for a month or two.

Quezada put his bodega in the same neighborhood up for sale just two days after scoring the fourth-largest Powerball payout in history.

He opted for a lump-sum payout of $152 million after taxes.

Quezada already paid off $29 thousand that he owed in back child support.
