Louisville Cardinals guard Kevin Ware suffered a horrific right leg injury Sunday during an Elite Eight game against Duke.

The Bronx native went to block a shot from Duke player Tyler Thorton when he lost his balance and fell.

The bone popped through his skin, horrifying  his teammates who were sitting at the bench.

Ware’s teammates were visibly devastated, shaking and crying on the court. Duke players appeared to be shaken as well by the incident.
