NEW YORK (PIX11)- The family of a man pushed to his death on subway tracks is suing the city transit authority.

The wife and daughter of Ki-Suck Han filed a lawsuit on Friday seeking damages from his death. They accuse the MTA of negligence.

The family wants reimbursement for funeral expenses and additional monetary damages.

And why is the city responsible for this? We are such a "blame it on everybody else but the fool who got in trouble" happy nation, it is no wonder we are going into hell in a hand basket.
