Neighbors along Sheepshead Bay Road and Voorhies Avenue in Brooklyn are facing a parking predicament. The muni-meters in the area were damaged by the storm in October. For months, drivers were unable to purchase a muni-meter recepit to display. Recently, ticket agents have returned to the area. The damaged muni-meters have been removed (but not replaced). Only one was available on a nearby block.

Neighbors are fighting the tickets.
