3-alarm fire breaks out inside Perth Amboy home

Police are investigating after a three-alarm fire broke out inside a home in Perth Amboy early Tuesday.

At least one firefighter was injured in the blaze that started just before 3:30 a.m. inside the building located on Grove Street near Route 440.

According to officials, the injured firefighter was transported to St. Barnabas Medical with 2nd-degree burns.

No other injuries were reported.
