L.I. parents allow underage drinking in home; teenager gets alcohol poisoning

LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK (PIX11)- A pair of Long Island parents are facing charges after allegedly throwing a party for high school students  involving some heavy duty drinking.

John and Stacy Butler have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after cops were called to their Suffolk home to break up a raging party thrown by their daughter.

When they got there they found a 16-year-old girl had gotten alcohol poisoning.

According to cops about there were about 25 teens drinking in their home.
