Gucci Mane wanted for alleged assault

CNN–  Well-known rapper Gucci Mane has a warrant out for his arrest.

Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, is accused of attacking a soldier at a club in Atlanta.

The alleged victim says he was just trying to get a picture with the rapper.

The incident happened last Friday night in the V-I-P section of the Harlem Nights nightclub.

The soldier tells C-N-N affiliate W-S-B T-V he identified himself as a member of the U-S military, asking a security guard if he could get a picture with Gucci Mane.

He says that’s when the rapper hit him in the head with a champagne bottle.

The Army soldier says he has a concussion.

The rapper — who was at the club to promote his new mix tape — faces an aggravated assault charge.
