Gov. Andrew Cuomo and legislative leaders have agreed on a $136.5 billion budget deal Wednesday night that, among other things, would raise the minimum wage to $9 an hour over the next three years.

The budget would also extend taxes on the city’s top earners; if it passes the three day review period it would be the third on-time budget in a row.

With the Apr. 1st deadline looming, the Senate and Assembly now have to print and pass copies of the bill.
