A Bronx mother doesn’t want  her face shown on camera, but she still wants to get her daughter’s story out.

She says the disturbing incident happened at MS 80 in the Norwood section of the Bronx on Monday afternoon. The pictures show the injuries that she said her daughter sustained at the hands of another student.  It’s not the first time, she said, her daughter has been bullied at school, but said  it is the worst instance of it.

The NYC Department of Education says a 12-year-old female student reportedly grabbed the 14-year-old girl’s hair and allegedly assaulted her on Monday.

At a previously scheduled town hall meeting, Chancellor Dennis Walcott talked about what allegedly happened, saying the whole incident is under investigation and that one instance of bullying is one too many.

The mother said she had tried to get help for her daughter many times before it came to this. She claimed that she went up to the school three times a week for the past several weeks.

The mother is looking to have her daughter transferred to another school, but says this didn’t have to happen to her.
