Selling crack in candy wrappers: Eighteen indicted in Harlem drug bust

18 people were indicted Friday for allegedly selling crack-cocaine on the streets of Harlem — packaged in candy wrappers.

Many of the sales apparently happened in front of neighborhood homes and convenience stores.

Police say many of the suspects were also armed with illegal guns.
