There are new developments in the death of Reynaldo Cuevas, the Bronx bodega worker accidentally shot by police during a robbery.

The three men tied to it were in court today, and so were relatives of Cuevas.

They’re still upset that the officer who shot Cuevas won’t face any charges.  “We’re devastated because the cop won’t be taken to grand jury,” said one relative.

The family has filed a $25 million civil suit against the officer and the city.
