Bodies found in Queens brush fire identified

Police have identified the two bodies found in a brush fire in Queens Wednesday.

According to cops, the victims have been identified as 22-year-old Rudy Superville and 25-year-old Gary Lopez, both from Brooklyn.

Firefighters were putting out the blaze early Wednesday, when they discovered the badly burned bodies.

The Medical Examiner is determining the exact cause of death.

Investigators believe the fire was deliberately set.

The area near the belt parkway in Howard Beach, has long been known as a dumping ground for the mafia.
