There could be another smoking ban in place.

It’s already illegal to talk or text but if one Connecticut lawmaker has his way, smoking in your car when you have your kids with you could be added to that list.

Banning smoking in cars is excellent not only for children in Ct., but in all states and for the health of all people. I am 67 years old and my only problem is from the second hand smoke of parents, relatives and from living among so many smokers on the streets in NYC. Now,whenever I have to go into the hospital for complications ie. COPD episodes, asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, it cost more than some people live on for a year. Lung disease is very costly and cigarettes are full of deadly chemicals which are very harmful to a growing child or even a fetus growing inside a mother.
