Alec Baldwin made news by clashing with the press – again – just a day after his wife was hit with a lawsuit in connection with her yoga practice.

Published reports say the ‘30 Rock’ star was out walking his dogs, when a New York Post reporter approached him.

She asked for a comment about the impending lawsuit against his yoga-instructor wife, who’s being sued after a 32-year-old man was allegedly injured because her class was too crowded.

The reporter claims Baldwin grabbed her and threatened to “choke her to death,” that exchange reportedly caught on audio tape.

A retired cop-turned-Post-reporter claims the volatile actor then used a racial epithet and called him a drug dealer.
