MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (PIX11) – Actor Alec Baldwin’s new yoga teacher wife has been smacked with a lawsuit alleging her negligence during a crowded class led to a serious injury.

Hilaria Thomas is being sued by a Yale PHD student who claims she instructed him to perform a dangerous move against a wall during a class at a University Place Yoga Vida studio. 32-year-old Spencer Wolff claims the accident was caused by Thomas’ negligence in an over-crowded class.

While the lawsuit does not explain exactly how the injury took place, the New York Post is reporting Wolff ripped open his leg when he lost his balance doing a hand stand and smashed it through a sixth story window.

Thomas and Baldwin have been married since June, she is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child.
