3 squatters killed in house fire in Orange, NJ

Three men died Sunday in an early-morning house fire in Orange, New Jersey.  All three were believed to be seeking shelter from the cold inside the abandoned three-story family home.

The fire began just after 1 a.m., and was sparked by a lit sterno lamp, NJ.com reported.

A fourth man fled the house and escaped injury.
