In New Jersey, a security guard at the Passaic County courthouse is accused of sexually assaulting a boy, 13 years ago.

James Perna, who is also a volunteer special deputy sheriff, was arrested Wednesday.

The accuser, who is now 26, reported the alleged sexual abuse on Tuesday.

He claims Perna abused him several times during the summer of 2000 when he was 13.
