A mother son French kiss at an upstate New York jail was actually just an icky drug transaction, not an icky display of love, according to police.

Kimberly Margeson, 54, may now be joining her son, William Partridge, 30, in the slammer after locking lips with him during a visit on Tuesday of last week.

According to a Yates County Sheriff’s Department report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Margeson put Oxycodone pills “into her mouth and brought them into the jail when she visited her son.” She passionately passed them “from her mouth to her sons mouth when she kissed him.”

“Deputies did not indicate whether tongue was involved in the transfer of the two painkiller pills,” according to the report.

Margeson was arrested and hit with a felony drug charge for the lascivious lip lock, and both were charged with misdemeanor counts of promoting prison contraband.

Margeson pleaded not guilty in Town Court yesterday and was released on $2000 bail.
