An Arkansas couple is proof lightning can strike twice.  Steve and Terri Weaver won  big with scratch off tickets this weekend.  It started on Saturday when Steve bought a one million dollar scratch off — and won.  Steve says he almost had a heart attack right there.

Feeling lucky, the next day his wife Terri bought a 250 thouand dollar scratch off, and won $50,000.

The Weavers admit they were a little afraid to claim their winnings here at the lottery office.  Because they’re husband and wife and they both had such big payoffs in the same weekend, they thought it would raise eyebrows.

He said he thought they’d be forced to take a lie detector test, and have to put their hands on a Bible.

They plan to pay bills and invest.  And play the lotto again.
