A Nassau County judge sent an 18-year-old man back to jail Thursday after new evidence surfaced involving the deadly crash last November.

Police say Joseph beer was high when he crashed his car in Lakeview, killing four friends.

The judge first released Beer on $250,000 bond.

But now Beer is being held without bail after prosecutors say urine tests show beer continued smoking pot even after the crash.

Beer showed  “absolute utter disregard for the gravity of the situation,” the judge said, according to Newsday.
