A man who was defecating between subway cars fell to his death on the tracks in a Harlem station Tuesday, police said.

In a separate incident just 20 minutes earlier at the same Harlem station, a man who was apparently drunk stumbled from the train platform at 4:12 p.m. at the 125th Street Nos. 4, 5, 6 station but was pulled up to safety as the train entered the station.

In the fatal fall, a 31-year-old man was defecating between the fifth and sixth cars of  the local No. 6 train when he fell to his death at 4:31 p.m.

Subway service was shut down for a time as police investigated the unrelated cases.

Its sad to say but why waas he being filthy doing his business between train cars. It cost him his life. So sad and unnecessary.

Bunch of assholes, this person probably has a family, kids, a wife and is a human being above all things. If I had to go that bad, you think you'd go on yourself, SHIT. I'd pull my pants down and just go. From what I heard at the hospital I work in near by, he was on meds for epilepsy and they were so strong that it gave him the runs. Think before you post, it could have been your dad or family member.

The article about the sub way cars killing the man was very sad. These are just careless accidents. No one will be able to avoid such incidents. This can be avoided only if we are careful. Thank you for windows release
