Call for flood walls in NYC subways

NEW YORK CITY (PIX11)– To prevent a complete mass transit shutdown during another storm like Sandy the New York Storm Commission wants flood walls to be installed in subways. The commission suggests the city pay for them through partnerships with private companies.
