Scaffolding collapsed around a Kips Bay building injuring four workers Tuesday. The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. at Lexington Ave. and 30th st.

The building under construction was Touro College, which has recently started a renovation project.  Hangers that were supported by a 20-by-20 section of the ceiling gave way, crashing into the scaffolding.

The injured workers were taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital.
