Douglas Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy, sues Westchester hospital, claiming nurses assaulted him

The incident involving Douglas Kennedy was captured by a security camera at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, about 40 miles north of New York City

Douglas Kennedy is suing the hospital at the center of the child endangerment and harassment case against him that ended in acquittal recently.

The suit is in response to one filed by the nurses he says tried to stop him from taking his newborn son out for some fresh air a year ago.

Robert Kennedy’s son also names Northern Westchester hospital and the husband of one of the nurses, alleging assault and intentional emotional distress among other accusations.
