Teen locked in police van without food or water sues N.J. cops

One of the five teens who was locked inside a police van for 15 hours without food or water  is now suing Fort Lee.

Adam Kim says cops took him and his friends into custody after breaking up a loud party last year.

They stayed locked in the van. until someone noticed the teens the next day and called police.

Cops then freed the teens.

One of the officers involved was demoted and the others were suspended without pay.
