One man is dead after an early morning crash on the LIE.

Cops say the driver of a Ford Explorer lost control after taking the 108th Street exit and flipping over.

27-year old Carlos Rivas was killed. Three other passengers were hospitalized

The driver, 39-year old Ricardo Rivas, was arrested and charged with DWI and criminal negligent homicide.
