Twenty-two high schools in Philadelphia will have something new when the kids return to class — condom dispensers.

They are being installed over the winter break inside the nurse’s office for each school.

The plan is to promote safer sex among teenagers.

The chosen schools have the highest rates of sexually transmitted disease in the city.

The condoms will be free to any student whose parent didn’t opt them out of the program
