Portuguese fashion model gets 25 to life for bludgeoning and castrating older lover

NEW YORK (PIX11) — A former fashion model has received the maximum sentence for killing his companion.
Renato Seabra, 23, was sentenced to 25-years to life for the brutal murder of Carlos Castro, 65.

The Portuguese underwear model was convicted of bludgeoning and castrating Castro with a corkscrew in their times square hotel room last year.
Castro was a wealthy journalist who wrote about fashion, gossip and gay rights in Portugal.
