Eight White Plains cops sued after brutal beating

White Plains police are in the spotlight again for allegations of brutality and racial discrimination.

The lead officer being sued is Anthony Carelli, the man who was cleared for fatally firing 2 shots at an unarmed elderly black man inside his own home.
