Hugh Carey Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel back to normal for Monday rush hour

NEW YORK (PIX11) — More good news as we continue to recovery from Sandy. Monday morning traffic at the Hugh Carey-Brooklyn Battery Tunnel will be back to normal as well. Three lanes of traffic will go to Manhattan for the morning rush. The tunnel re-opened back on Nov. 19, but the traffic pattern was altered because of the damaged signal system.
