Andre Blatche has been cleared in the investigation into an alleged rape at a posh Philadelphia hotel.

Brooklyn Nets center Andray Blatche will be on the basketball court Tuesday night after a day-long investigation into the alleged rape of a 21-year-old woman in a luxury Philadelphia hotel room.

Late Tuesday afternoon, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey gave Blatche the all clear, saying he was not personally involved in any kind of assault. A 41-year-old man is the focus of the investigation, and it was not clear if any charges were to be filed.

Police raced to the posh Four Seasons Hotel in Center City at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday after a woman, described by police as highly intoxicated, claimed she had been raped.

Blatche was among a group of three men and three women who were together in the room at the time.

The 26-year-old Blatche acknowledged being there on his Twitter page:

“im okay and i didn’t do anything jus was n the area when it happened.”

He later took down the tweet and posted this one: “gettin ready for the game.”

Nets general manager Billy King said in a statement: “We are aware of the ongoing police investigation regarding a member of the Brooklyn Nets. We will have no further comment until the investigation has concluded. All of our players are available for tonight’s game.”

According to reports, the team member, who has not been identified by authorities, was questioned and later released by police in the overnight incident at the Four Seasons Hotel in Center City.

The incident is said to have occurred about 4 a.m. No charges have been filed.

The Nets are playing the 76ers Tuesday night  in Philadelphia.

In addition to the unnamed player, two other men – a 41-year-old and a 25-year-old – were also taken into police custody and questioned.

“We are aware of the ongoing police investigation regarding a member of the Brooklyn Nets,” the team said in a statement, published in the New York Daily News. “We will have no further comment until the investigation has concluded. All of our players are available for tonight’s game.”
