Hilary Whittier

Hilary Whittier joined the PIX 11 team in October, 2011 as a multi-media journalist. She shoots, writes, reports, and edits all of her own stories, and is thrilled to do so in New York City, the place she’s always dreamed of living.

Before coming to New York, Hilary worked as an anchor and reporter in Kennewick, Washington. She started out as a weekend reporter out of college, and rose to report, produce and anchor each day.

Hilary graduated from Texas Christian University. While in college she interned with CBS News in New York City and with CNN at both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions.

Obsessed with dessert, Hilary is enjoying exploring all of the fantastic bakeries and cupcake shops New York has to offer. She also loves the TKTS booth and seeing as many Broadway musicals as humanly possible.
