    Majority of 41 arrested in ICE raids across NYC had criminal convictions

    NEW YORK — Forty-one foreign nationals were arrested during the past week during U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in the New York City area — and 38 of them were criminals.     Leaked ICE memo says 40 arrested in NYC operation

    NEW YORK — Forty “foreign nationals” from New York City were arrested this week during U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement raids, a leaked ICE memo claimed. The ICE New York press secretary confirmed Sunday the details of the memo to PIX11 and said further information would be released Monday.
