    NEW YORK (AP) — A deal has been struck between New York City and the ride-hailing company Uber. Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration announced Wednesday that Uber has agreed to a four-month study on the impact of the cars on traffic and the environment and there will not be a cap on Uber’s growth during the study.     BROOKLYN – A Brooklyn man is facing charges after police found an alligator and nine boa constrictors in his home. Johnnie Morgan faces reckless endangerment charges after a search warrant uncovered the animals and live ammunition. Alligators, crocodiles and a variety of snakes are prohibited as pets in New York City.
